Organization for awareness, skills, and Knowledge (OASK) was established by experts equipped with national and international experiences. This non-profit organization provides services in different areas, including Project Management, Educational Advisory Services, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Research and Development, and Capacity Building.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect information from designated locations, such as formal actors, regional beneficiaries, local communities, and so on.
  • Respondents for surveys are interviewed, and data is collected by approaching possible respondents, determining their willingness to participate in the survey, and filling out survey questionnaires.
  • Conduct an in-depth interview, a focus group discussion, and a study at the household level.
  • Before launching the study, test the planned questionnaires in the field.
  • As needed, performs drafting work.
  • Taking interviews based on the questions asked.
  • Individuals are being visited according to the supervisor’s list.
  • If necessary, participate in further data collection activities such as short training.
  • Visit the individuals according to the supervisor’s list.
  • Ascertain that the data gathering quality is of the highest possible standard.
  • Perform a visual evaluation of the assessment areas.
  • Maintains a daily record of all work completed, including documents, measurements, draft notes, and regular reports to the primary office.

Job Requirements:

  • Obtain a baccalaureate degree.
  • Any bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is acceptable.
  • In conducting surveys, adherence to professional ethics.
  • Ability to use the KOBO and ODK Toolbox boxes.
  • Fluency in both local and English languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reading comprehension is the ability to comprehend written material.
  • Interpersonal skills are exceptional.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate under duress and for extended periods when necessary.
  • Inform team members or individuals of important information.
  • Filling up targeting forms is your responsibility.
